What organizations do proceeds help support?
Every cup of Noble Ground Coffee is consciously crafted. Profits will go toward funding programs for underserved communities, and initially will be invested in developing Pre-K-6 schools and workforce housing.

Currently, the best way to donate more to the causes Noble Ground Coffee supports is to purchase more of our delicious coffee. That’s how you help build up our community one sip at a time.
OUR COFFEE
What is the best way to store my coffee?
Hopefully, you’ll love your coffee so much it won’t be stored away for too long. Get the most out of your beans by keeping them away from air, moisture, heat and light. To preserve your beans’ fresh-roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature (source: National Coffee Association).
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Our coffee is expertly curated and always fresh. An unopened package of our whole bean and ground coffee is best within eight months from when it was roasted for. Our (future) K-cup-compatible offerings will last approximately one year, with a “best by” date clearly marked on all packaging.
Is your coffee certified fair trade?
Our coffee is direct trade versus fair trade, with the main difference being that we source our coffee directly from selected coffee farmers whose mission and values align with our own to advance and support the underserved.
Is your coffee certified organic?
We take great pride in providing distinctive, high-quality coffee to everyone in the community. Three of our offerings are certified organic: Single Origin Honduras, Single Origin Honduras Espresso and House Blend.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long until I receive my order?
We ship your daily dose of do-good coffee Monday through Friday, usually the same day your order is received if it is placed before 2 p.m. MST. Holiday and weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information after your order ships from our distribution center.
Where do you ship? And do you ship internationally?
We ship to all U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship to a Post Office box?
Yes.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Not at this time. During the checkout process, there are multiple opportunities to apply a single coupon code. Simply add it to the space provided and see the discount in your cart.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Our goal is to get orders to doorsteps as quickly as possible so changes in our system after an order has been placed are not possible at this time. However, we may be able to cancel your order, if applicable, so you can submit a new order with adjustments. Please contact us to help you find the best solution at:
