What are your store hours?

Do you have a rewards program or subscription package?

Not at this time, but we are preparing this for you! Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear news and updates.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

Get the most out of your beans by keeping them away from air, moisture, heat and light. To preserve your beans’ fresh-roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature (source: National Coffee Association).

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Our coffee is always fresh. An unopened package of our whole bean and ground coffee is best within eight months from when it was roasted. Our (future) single use cup offerings will last approximately one year, with a “best by” date clearly marked on all packaging.


What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How long until I receive my order? 

We ship your order Monday through Friday, usually the same day your order is received if it is placed before 2 PM (MST). Holiday and weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information after your order ships from our distribution center.

Where do you ship? And do you ship internationally? 

We ship to all U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Can you ship to a Post Office box?


Can I use more than one promo code at a time? 

Not at this time. During the checkout process, there are multiple opportunities to apply a single coupon code. Simply add it to the space provided and see the discount in your cart. 

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Our goal is to get orders to doorsteps as quickly as possible, so changes in our system after an order has been placed are not possible at this time. However, we may be able to cancel your order, if applicable, so you can submit a new order with adjustments. Please contact us to help you find the best solution at:

Do you offer coffee catering? 

Our Flagstaff location will be under construction soon. We plan to offer catering options for the local community. We are expanding in Arizona and plan to offer a range of services in many of the communities we serve.
